Refund policy

1. Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order if it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, please log a return at https://returns.pargo.co.za/self-care_sanctuary.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. If you haven't received the refund by the 15th business day, please contact us at info@selfcaresanctuary.co.za.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@selfcaresanctuary.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used. These include:

  • Candles or skincare products that have been lit, used, or tested
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
