Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or any delays, we will notify you via email.

2. Delivery Options & Timeframes

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa using trusted courier partners.

  • Major Cities: 1-3 business days
  • Outlying or Rural Areas: 3-5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, courier delays, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and Rand total.
We offer free shipping on orders over R 1000.

Alternatively, flat-rate shipping can be applied, e.g.:

  • Standard Delivery: R100 (nationwide)
  • Pargo point collection: R 70 (nationwide)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier link via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. If your order is lost in transit, we will work directly with the courier to locate or replace it at no extra cost.

7. International Shipping
